   I’ve seen this whote video. Awesome stuff. Very well presented and informative. You can learn a lot from this DVD.

   There are a lot of people saying a lot of different things about how to throw a punch, but this shows the end-all-be-all destructive power one can achieve, and how to get there. Incredible.
