really? i cant play at all like that all, never really have i changed my button settings other then on sf4 when i switch where all three kicks and punches are to the right side and heavy punch and kick on the left side since i dont like rotating and pressing a button on the same side for a ultra…but good shit man
Well for one, I wasnt even asking you a question. secondly, stop responding to my comments because you’re clearly too dumb to read and comprehend them.
A way to link a short kick and a fierce punch. It is a great technique. Read previous comments for more information, or try a google search - good luck!
If you do not land the punches in quick succession, the 2nd punch can be blocked. If you hit the punch deep, and are able to hit it again quickly enough after the rebound off the ground, however, the 2 punches cannot be blocked.
That’s cool, and thanks for your comments!

All 6 buttons are important to me. My controller setup feels natural and comfortable to me, which helps with combos.
whats the advantage of having ur controls set up that way?..is it that u dont use medium attacks as much as u would heavy attacks?
I having problem pulling off some these basic combo’s for some reason. The Ps1 pad doesnt appear to be as responsive as it used to be.
No, I am using the old basic model.
are you using the PS1 pad that has the analogue control?
It just worked when I plugged it and set MAME to accept controller input. Nothing special.
Yes, the PS1 controller is very good, in my opinion.
Until I researched it, I did not know there was a dualshock controller for the PS1, but wasabiwhatsup is right.
I configure my buttons as follows: square = strong, triangle = fierce, X = forward, O = roundhouse, R1 = jab, R2 = short.

THE PS1 PAD HAS NEVER HAD A DUALSHOCK YOU IDIOT.
Yes it does I own one, thats why the PS2 controller is called Dualshock 2, Now stop thinking you know everything because you don’t.
the psx and the ps2 pads are different, the psx pad doesnt have dual shock.
…. The Dualshock 1, and 2 are the same…
how did uy get u’r ps1 pad to work on your converter. I thought only the ps32 pad worked.
the PS1 controller is the pest controller ever. I can barely do anything with a ps2 pad.
How do you config your buttons?
She must be better than good. I have never seen anyone do that and doubt I ever will. That is amazing if she can really do what you say.

I play using M.A.M.E. and my old Playstation 1 controller, with a dual box pro converter for my Laptop.
You Should Fight my friend Amy she Beats Akuma on the hardest difficulty in about Five seconds per round with perfects She’s fucking GOOD.
what exactly is a cps2 combo?
Were using a 360 controller?
Yep, I should have known that was what you meant.
That took years of practice! Joke.

Using Ken, I have the best luck with the Roundhouse, yes. With Guile, the short works well for me, so it depends on the character you are using.
